Thanks to The Product Review Place, and Tropical Traditions I was able to try out the Tropical Traditions Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil. I was excited to try it out because I had heard good things about it.
Virgin Coconut oil has been said to be bad for you, that was in the past. Research now shows that it can
* Help you lose weight or maintain a healthy weight
* Reduce your risk of heart disease
* Lower your cholesterol
* Rejuvenate your skin and prevent wrinkles
* And much more
I was sent a quart sized jar, and a book about it, "Virgin Coconut Oil ~ How it has changed people's lives, and how it can change yours!" The book really had me intrigued. In the book there are more than 100 personal stories about how Virgin Coconut Oil has helped people, and over 85 different recipes.
So far, I've used it to make eggs in the morning, rubbed it on my hands, and added it to my cup of coffee in the morning. My skin feels great, and I do have a more energy during the day. My husband loves the eggs cooked in the coconut oil, he says it gives them a different flavor, and for the better! It smells great, and don't taste too bad either. I plan on incorporating it into my meals for a whole month to see if it can help me with weight loss too, and I will let ya know how that works for me. I snack a lot, and it's supposed to help curb your appetite, so I'm definitely going to try it!
If you would like to know more, check out this Video!

I love their coconut oil. I use it in a variety of ways. One is at the beach. to help hydrate the skin... and no, i dont burn when i use it. i also use it as a moisturizer for hands and feet and legs. and in the kitchen so many ways. as a base for stir fry, in rice, with salads, in place of mayo... the list goes on.
