I lost 30lbs last year by being more active (burning 550+ calories each DDR play and simple toning exercises) and having a cut-off time for when I have to stop eating. I also started drinking more tea and don't drink soda.

Hmm...weight loss? The only thing I can think of is to count calories; set a goal and don't go over it! I've found that even if I go over my limit, I don't eat as much as I would have if I didn't count calories at all.

Good weight loss tip - being thin does NOT make you happy. You will still see the person you used to be. So forget about the scale and do things that make you feel good. Get a massage, a manicure, a pedicure. Eat healthy because you feel better afterwards. Walk around your neighborhood to relax. I think we eat because we are unhappy, not the other way around. If you start feeling good about yourself, you'll lose weight naturally.
I use MyPoints. I just got $100 GC from Walmart and $25 from TGI Fridays (and used the coupon to buy 1 get 1 free meal!).

When I go to Target I always check out thier clearance racks because I have found some good deals.
Once I found a reversible comforter on sale for 5 bucks. Ok, it was a twin size but still 5 bucks! So I bought it and my son spotted it and now it went to college with him.
My only regret is that I only bought 1 when I should have bought 2.

I am eating yogurt and mixed fruit for breakfast as suggested by my friend. And he also said to do boxing to get slim. He lost 20 somethings lbs over the summer.
