I've decided to make a change. I have to. If not for my own self worth, then for my health. After having Chase I lost a bunch of weight. The past 4 month I've gained it all back.
I never have any energy, so I never work out. I eat all the wrong foods, and I drink way too much soda. I have to stop!! I was going to start this Spring when the weather warms up, but I was thinking about it tonight, why wait??
