Gotta lose some weight!!

I've decided to make a change. I have to. If not for my own self worth, then for my health. After having Chase I lost a bunch of weight. The past 4 month I've gained it all back.
I never have any energy, so I never work out. I eat all the wrong foods, and I drink way too much soda. I have to stop!! I was going to start this Spring when the weather warms up, but I was thinking about it tonight, why wait??
Im starting this weekend. Saturday the 7th! Wish me luck!! Any tips or advice would be very welcome!!!

Congrats on winning the Woo Hoo Box! I'm a bit older than you and I can tell you it gets harder & harder to get those pounds off. You've made the first step...deciding to do it! Just take small steps--cut down on the soda for example until that becomes a habit, then move on to exercise. Good Luck!

I hear you. I recently was doing awesome and lost like 15 pounds and then I sort of got lazy. Luckily I have not gained it back. I work out pretty consistently but my eating habits suck.
I highly recommend the South Beach Diet. You don't have to starve. It is hard cutting out carbs for 2 weeks though and you will probably have carb-withdrawals. Yes there is such a thing. But seriously in those 2 weeks I lost 15 pounds and have not gained it back. I have all the info and would send it to you if interested, then you don't have to by the book and do all the research. Honestly you can lose weight with out spending money on learning how to do it. You only have to spend the money on the right foods.
Best tip yet: Make sure you plan your meals in advance!!!!

GIVE UP SODA! Even diet! I gave up diet, made NO other changes and lost 10 lbs. That crap is the worst bill of goods ever sold to the American public. And people give it to their kids!

Now, I drink maybe one a month or every two months. It's a treat. The way it should be.

Good luck!! I'm also trying to lose weight and I have found that eating small healthy meals throughout the day has really helped out.
