Girl Talk Thursday ~ Fifty Magical Dollars

What could I do with 50 Guilt free dollars... yeah like that will happen! lol
Ah, the possibilities! I know $50 is not a lot of money, but I think I could make it go pretty far! I think I would spend it to get the supplies to make those hella cute Glass Tile Pendants, I love the ones from LittleKeepsakes Etsy shop! Or maybe I would get THIS cute twilight necklace from PlutosGiftShop. I love Etsy period, so Im sure most, if not all of the $50 would go there!

Or. I would go get some pampering... tanning, nails done, maybe my hair. That sounds really nice too!

If that magical $50 just happened to show up this weekend I would go crazy. My husband and his family run antique shows, and they have one this weekend. I normally end up spending a crazy amount of money at the shows. Kinda pointless for him to try to make more money and take me with him! lol!

Wordless Wednesday ~ Bouncing fun!

Above is my Nugget bouncing away at 7 months and below is my Noodle bouncing at 6 months! He is so much bigger than she was!

8 months already

Wow, time sure does fly! My son is 8 months old this month. He has started doing the army crawl thing, which is oh so very cute! He has developed quite a temper, when he is tired... watch out! Today he kept throwing himself backwards, and shaking his head no, and whining all at the same time! He will have nothing to do with jarred baby food, he wants the real stuff! He has 6 teeth already, and between him and Noodle, there is never a dull moment around here! I loves lunging at her and loving on her, then normally trying to bite her! I don't know how to stop that. I never had to worry about that with Noodle.
We went to a friends birthday party at Chuck E Cheese yesterday, and had a great time! Savannah wanted nothing to do with me, she was all about playing with the other kiddos! I had to practically beg her to take a picture with me lol! As soon as the picture was taken she was gone again!! We had fun! She wore herself out and passed out in the car!
Chase didn't make it to the car though...

Wordless Wednesday~ Funny Baby!

Dont step on the crack or... do!

I had time with my daughter today, we left the baby with Daddy, and went to the park! It was fun, we really don't have too much alone time together, so I really enjoyed it! I ran with her through the park like I was a kid myself! We had the park to ourselves, which I didn't understand at all, its so nice outside today! I even let her go up the slide the wrong way, which is normally a no go, but hey we were having fun!!
Normally when we are walking somewhere we say "Don't step on the crack or you'll break your mommas back!" And she hops over them and laughs like crazy!
We had to stop by the store on our way home, and she wanted candy. I said no because she has a ton of Easter candy, she got mad!! When we came out of the store, she said "Hey mom." So I turned to look and she jumps on a crack as hard as she can over and over, grinding her foot into it! "That's cause you didn't get me no candy, so HA!!!"
I couldn't help but laugh, and she broke into hysterical laughter too! On our way back to the van she jumped on every crack there was, laughing like crazy! She really thought it was funny when I was yelling OUCH! and acting like my back was breaking!
I had such a fun time with her today! I wish we had more time together, but I guess I shouldn't complain!

Easter egg hunt!

The Easter Egg Hunt was a big hit again this year! 258 eggs and 3 (and a quarter lol) kids to find them all! They all had so much fun! My Noodle won with 107 eggs, her cousins taking 2nd and 3rd, and Chase with 4 lol!

I honestly have no clue how she got so many, she had to show us almost every single one!! Well, I do know actually. Her oldest cousin was using a bag instead of a basket, the bag had a hole in it! I'm pretty sure Noodle was picking up the ones she dropped! Because she told me they just kept appearing, and her cousin said that hers kept disappearing!

He was content with his basket!

Coloring the Easter eggs!

We ended up putting off coloring the eggs until almost 8 the night before Easter! So it was almost 10 before we were done, but they finally got done! Noodle was crazy excited!

Wordless Wednesday~Close up!

Selfish...Rambling...BLAH!

How often do you think about the What Ifs in life? I'm sure I'm not alone here, I know others must do it too! However, I think I've taken it to an almost un-heathly level!
For the past two weeks, I've been thinking about all the different directions my life could have taken. It's been almost non stop, and I cant quit. I'm thinking there has to be a reason for it, I'm just not sure what it is.
Right now I'm a stay at home mom, it is what I have wanted since I had my daughter. I was positive that I would absolutely love it, but I don't. I feel bad about wanting to work, I feel like I should LOVE being at home with my kids, and I do, but I miss the social life I had at work. I'm in a funk. I think that's whats bringing all the questions.
I love my life, my kids, my husband, my family. But I want more, how selfish is that?!?! And, I don't even know what "more" is. I have no idea!
Two years ago I made a life changing choice, and I was absolutely certain that was what I wanted. If I had taken that road, I would not have my son, him and my daughter are my world. I don't believe I made the wrong choice, but I feel rotten for questioning myself. AHHH, Whats a girl to do?
Anyone know how to get out of a crazy, self induced, totally un-needed, funk?

Girl Talk Thursday! Comfort food

Food. Comfort food. I'm all about it!
I love food, too much apparently! But my fave comfort food is kinda healthy.
Apples, with cinnamon and peanut butter. Yum!
My other faves leave alot to be desired on the healthy side...
Any kind of cupcake, I'm all over it. Cake, oh yes cake! I freakin love it. Jerky, ice cream, pretty much any little debbie snacks...I LOVE Teramisu (how the hell do you spell that?) I'm a junk food junkie!

Im not too big on fast food, but I do love me a Big Mac! I don't care too much for the big fancy restaurants with crazy priced entrees, that have little food and lots of decoration! I would much rather my hubby hook up dinner for a night (yeah right, that happens!).
